Share the destination, access dimensions, floor, lift restrictions and any site delivery windows. The quotation will identify the delivery service and any assembly or installation included.
Timing and charges
Dispatch timing, availability and freight are confirmed for the selected configuration and destination. Published product prices do not include delivery or installation. We do not promise stock availability or a delivery date before written confirmation.
Receiving the goods
Check package condition and quantities on arrival and note visible damage on the delivery record. Keep packaging and photographs where a problem needs review, and contact us with the order reference.
