Prices and configuration
Displayed prices are in euros for the stated piece or set and exclude VAT, carriage and installation. Materials, dimensions, finish, quantities and any electrical requirements are confirmed in the written quotation. Images assist selection; natural material variation and final finish must be reviewed before acceptance.
Order formation and payment
Adding items to a bag or submitting an order request does not form a binding sale or collect payment. A sale proceeds only after the written quotation, scope and payment terms have been accepted and the seller confirms the order. Availability and dispatch arrangements are confirmed in that process.
Changes and applicable rights
Request changes or cancellation by email as soon as possible. Any agreed charges or restrictions depend on the confirmed order and its stage. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply to the purchaser. Questions or disputes should first be sent to our business contact.
