Report a concern
Email the order reference, item, photographs and a description of the issue to porto-trading@pm.me. Keep the goods and packaging available for review. We will assess the concern against the agreed specification and applicable rights.
Professional purchases
For business purchases, returns, exchanges and cancellation conditions are agreed in the written order. A made-to-specification item may have different conditions from a standard item. Do not send goods back without agreed return instructions.
Care and support
Ask for the care instructions appropriate to the final material and finish. Use electrical fittings only with the approved product documentation and a qualified installer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
