Outdoor furniture: exposure and delivery
Record sun and rain exposure, storage space and the delivery route for outdoor dining and lounge sets.
Describe the exposure
State whether the furniture will stand in an open garden, on a covered terrace or beside the coast. Include exposure to sun, rain and wind so material suitability and care can be discussed for that setting.
Measure the complete set
Allow for chairs being used and for people moving around the table. For lounge sets, include the table and each seating element in the plan. Check the route from the building to the outdoor area.
Include storage and handling
Confirm the included cushions, finish and material-specific care in the quotation. Record where removable parts can be stored and identify steps, narrow gates or restrictions that affect delivery.
